Privacy Policy
This Policy describes what data the Platform collects, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how long it is kept. The Policy is short on purpose: the less data we collect, the less of it can be lost.
1What data we collect
1.1.From Steam when you sign in: your public SteamID, public nickname and avatar link. Your Steam password is not passed to the Platform and is unknown to it. The Platform does not request access to your Steam inventory or trades.
1.2.Created as you use the Platform: the internal Account identifier, the history of game operations and internal balance movements, the Platform inventory, service data used to reconstruct the result of an operation when reviewing a request, and withdrawal requests and top-ups.
1.3.Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages and interface events. Used for security, diagnostics and statistics.
1.4.Steam trade link: only if you have saved it yourself to withdraw items.
1.5.Contact details (a messenger or an email address): only if you have provided them yourself during the review of a withdrawal request. Used solely to communicate about that request.
1.6.We do not collect passport data, addresses or payment details. Payment data is processed by payment services; the Platform does not receive or store it.
2Why we need this data
2.1.Identifying your Account and signing in without a password.
2.2.Executing game operations, maintaining your balance and inventory.
2.3.Processing item withdrawal requests.
2.4.Protection against fraud, multi-accounting, automation and bonus abuse.
2.5.User support and handling of requests.
2.6.Improving the Platform: aggregated statistics and error diagnostics.
3Who we share data with
3.1.Infrastructure providers necessary for the Platform to operate: hosting and server infrastructure, the database, and notification services.
3.2.Payment services when you top up your balance, to the extent necessary to process the payment.
3.3.Competent authorities, if required by applicable law.
3.4.We do not sell user data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
3.5.Referral program: the user whose code you signed up with sees your nickname, avatar, the date the code was linked and whether you have topped up, but not the amounts. A program partner sees your nickname partially hidden and without an avatar. To protect the program from abuse we compare the IP address, browser and Steam trade link of the invited user and the inviter over the last 90 days.
4How long we keep it
4.1.Account data and operation history are kept for as long as the Account exists and for a reasonable period after its deletion, if this is necessary to resolve disputes, prevent abuse or comply with legal requirements.
4.2.Technical logs are kept for a limited time and are cleared regularly.
5User rights
5.1.You may request information about the data collected about you, its correction or the deletion of your Account. The request is sent to the support address.
5.2.Deleting an Account does not cancel operations that have already been completed and is not grounds for refunding HEXCOIN that have been spent.
6Security
6.1.The connection to the Platform is protected by TLS. Access to data is restricted, Steam passwords are unknown to the Platform, and sign-in is performed through the Steam mechanism.
6.2.Absolute protection does not exist. In the event of an incident affecting user data, the Operator takes measures and notifies the affected users if required by applicable law.
7Changes to this Policy
7.1.The current version is published on this page with its date. Continuing to use the Platform means that you accept the new version.
