1.1.Email: support@hex-case.com or the support chat on the website (the button in the bottom right corner). We reply within a reasonable time, usually within 24 hours. Telegram bot: @hexcase_bot (HEX inside Telegram and bonus reminders). Discord server: HEX Community (drops, giveaways, lobbies for matches and the Hagane Raijin team).
1.2.In your message, include the nickname or SteamID of your Account and the time of the event: this way the review takes minutes instead of a day of back-and-forth.
1.3.For a disputed operation, attach a screenshot and, if you know it, the operation number. All game operations are stored on the server and checked against the log.
